I hope to reveal as accurately as possible the life and times of my great-grandfather, John J. Turner. He left behind an extensive scrapbook of photos and newspaper clippings which I hope to post here.

Great idea David. I will mail you copies of the Society's newsletter which features JJ's scrapbook on Tuesday. I have not yet figured out why I cannot get the newsletter to convert to a PDF correctly. It is so infuriating! Many thanks for sharing the materal. We will post this link a long the way in our website. yvt, Randall Thomas, Freeport Historical Society
